Restek is excited to celebrate its 40th anniversary, marking four decades of innovation, quality, and community in the chromatography industry. From its founding in a former elementary school in Pennsylvania, US, in 1985, to becoming a 100% employee-owned company in eight countries, Restek has come a long way in 40 years and no plans to slow down.

“This milestone is a tribute to the passion of our employee-owners, the trust of our customers, and the values that have guided us — caring for our customers and our communities, improving every day, respecting those we interact with, and winning together,” said Bill Arrowsmith, Restek’s Head Coach (CEO). “As we look to the future, we remain committed to innovation and partnership, helping you, our customers, make the world a safer, healthier place. Thank you to our employee-owners, and to our customers, for making these forty years possible.”

Employee ownership has been central to Restek’s 40-year legacy, placing people at the heart of everything it does. From helping scientists optimize their analysis to assisting colleagues on the other side of the world, Restek is focused on forging a legacy of doing things differently and doing them better every day.

Restek’s 40th anniversary celebrates the achievements of its employees and close partnerships with labs around the world. It marks a significant milestone in its history and establishes a strong blueprint for the future.
