HELM (Hierarchical Editing Language for Macromolecules)enables the representation of biomolecules whose size and complexity renderexisting small-molecule and sequence-based informatics methodologiesimpractical or unusable.
Offering includes:
  • Software toolkit containing functionality needed to implement a HELM-based system
  • Fully functioning editor for drawing macromolecules and generating HELM notation
