Bio-Rad Laboratories Inc. introduces SsoFast probessupermix, a reagent that enables researchers using fluorogenic probes toenhance the speed, reliability and sensitivity of their qPCR experiments. Bycombining Bio-Rad's patented Sso7d fusion polymerase with an optimized bufferformulation, the SsoFast probes supermix yields fast duplex qPCR results in 30minutes or less, compared to other similar products that require 40 minutes ormore. SsoFast pushes the limits of fast qPCR while maintaining a broad dynamicrange of detection, reliability, and accurate quantification. The polymerase issignificantly more resistant to PCR inhibitors, making SsoFast probes supermixan ideal choice for demanding qPCR applications.
