Improving HLA-informed cell therapy development

As adoptive cell therapies become more specialized, understanding how engineered immune cells recognize diseased targets is increasingly important. Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) molecules play a central role in presenting peptide targets to engineered T cells, but their extensive variability can complicate therapeutic design and functional testing. Researchers need reliable systems that allow controlled evaluation of HLA-specific interactions, target recognition, and immune activation.
