HTG Molecular Diagnostics

The new HTG Edge multiplexed assays for drug and oncologyresearch are the DMPK and TOA Assays. The DMPK enables researchers tocharacterize drug metabolism in preclinical studies in accordance with U.S.Food and Drug Administration guidance. The TOA measures the expression levelsof 32 of the most commonly assayed oncogenes in fresh or fixed biologicalspecimens, providing researchers insights across multiple cancer pathwayssimultaneously.
