Beckman Coulter Genomics

Beckman Coulter Genomics has introduced the SPRIworksFragment Library System II.  Thesecond release in the SPRIworks product line automates the preparation offragment libraries for the Roche GS FLX DNA Sequencer, and can prepare up to 10DNA libraries in 3.5 hours with high reproducibility and consistency. Thesystem utilizes Solid Phase Reversible Immobilization (SPRI) paramagneticbead-based technology. By using cartridges and method cards specific to eachsequencing system, fragment libraries can be prepared for both the Roche GS FLXand Illumina GA sequencers on a single instrument.
