Rockland to market LDI’s antibodies

GILBERTSVILLE, Pa.—A new licensing venture has been announced between Rockland Immunochemicals Inc. and LIMR Development Inc. (LDI), the wholly owned business development subsidiary of the Lankenau Institute for Medical Research (LIMR). Under the commercialization partnership, Rockland Immunochemicals will market the entirety of LDI’s portfolio of LIMR monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies, which bind biomarkers critical for immune system regulation, inflammatory response, cell signaling, cancer progression and cellular metabolism.

“LIMR’s work in cancer and inflammation is an elegant fit with Rockland's antibody portfolio and technology platform … We are proud to bring the unique scientific and commercial opportunities of the LIMR/LDI/Rockland collaboration to the global research community,” James Fendrick, president and CEO of Rockland Immunochemicals, said in a press release about the deal.
