CHALFONT ST. GILES, U.K.—A worldwide supply and distribution agreement has been established between GE Healthcare and Refine Technology, under which GE Healthcare will supply Refine Technology with its hollow fiber filtration cartridges for use with Refine Technology’s ATF system, a cell-retention device used for manufacturing biopharmaceuticals to generate high concentrations of cells. The partnership aids the push for continuous processing in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, which offers shorter manufacturing times and better safety profiles.
