New trio of assays for kinase screening
June 2012
SHARING OPTIONS:

Cisbio Bioassays

Cisbio Bioassays announces the addition of three kinase assays, based on its HTRF technology, to its cell-based kinase screening platform. The assays offer new, rapid tools for studying signaling pathways in drug discovery research, from high-throughput screening to lead optimization phases. The assays—Phospho-STAT3 (Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3) (Tyr705), Phospho-p38 MAPK (Thr180/Tyr182) and Phospho-IKKb (Ser177/Ser181)—involve targets associated with diseases such as cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease, pulmonary fibrosis and acute lung injury. All three are homogenous, non-radioactive and non-bead based, do not require washing steps and offer long signal stability and flexibility for multiple experiments.
