SHARING OPTIONS:

The BD CARV II Confocal Imager is for high-resolution CCD confocal imaging in an easy-to-use and cost-effective optical package that can be attached to new or existing microscopes. High-speed multi-pinhole confocal scanning, combined with high quantum efficiency CCD cameras, allows recording of images at up to 100 frames per second. Instead of lasers, the BD CARV II Confocal Imager uses a long-life arc source, which allows for full-spectrum (360 - 700nm) confocal imaging. Automated filter selection in an easy-to-change filter assembly, allows use of virtually any fluorescent probe on the market. The BD CARV II Imager also offers automation of fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP).
